Terms
These are the terms for using BrainGamer, run by Kumar Media LLC. We have tried to write them the way we write everything else here, so you can actually read them. Using the site means you are happy with them.
What BrainGamer is
A set of daily puzzles for fun and mental exercise. It is not a medical assessment, not a test, and not a treatment. Nothing here diagnoses anything or measures your health, and no result is a statement about your brain. Talk to your doctor about any health concerns.
Playing
Anyone can play for free with no account. The free tier includes any three of the nine games each day, or four with a free account, and your streak and a basic rest day are free forever. Please do not try to break the site, scrape it wholesale, or resell access to it.
Accounts
An account is optional and exists so your streak and progress follow you between devices. We email you a code instead of using a password. Keep access to your email address secure, because that is what gets into your account. You can download your data or delete your account at any time, yourself, from your account page.
BrainGamer Plus
Plus is an optional subscription that opens all nine games every day, unlimited practice rounds, your full report and brain map, a deeper streak cushion, and early access to new games.
- Price. $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year, in US dollars. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
- Free month. A new account comes with 30 days of Plus at no charge. We do not ask for a card to start it, and it ends on its own: nothing is charged and nothing renews unless you choose a plan. Plans can be chosen once the month ends, and choosing one is a purchase, charged that day.
- Renewal. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- Cancelling. Cancel any time from your account page, or email us and we will do it for you. When you cancel you keep Plus until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds. If you are unhappy, or you subscribed by accident, email us and we will refund you. We would rather do that than argue.
- Price changes. If we ever change the price we will email existing subscribers first, and the new price only applies to periods after that.
Your content and ours
The games, their names, the puzzles, the words and the design are ours. Your results are yours, and the share cards are made to be shared, so post them wherever you like.
When things break
We try to keep BrainGamer running every day, but we cannot promise it will never be down or never have a bug. The service is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the past twelve months. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.
Ending things
You can stop using BrainGamer whenever you like. We can close an account that is abusing the service or breaking these terms, and if we do and you have paid for Plus, we will refund the unused part.
Changes
We will update this page when things change and change the date at the top. If a change materially affects a subscription, we will email subscribers.
