Areas of your brain
Memory
Memory thinking here is studying a small pattern and rebuilding it, with clues and reasoning to help.
What these areas do
Everyday memories are most associated with the hippocampus, a small seahorse-shaped structure tucked deep inside the temporal lobe on each side. It works a little like an index, binding together the pieces of an experience, what went where and in what order, so you can call the whole thing back later. The surrounding temporal lobe holds much of that detail. Here we lean on this teamwork gently, as a puzzle to reason through, never a test of how much you can hold.
What your mind is doing in Recallify
Our memory game is built as a puzzle to solve, never a test you can fail. You study a small pattern, then place each piece back, using checks and the occasional hint to reason your way to the full picture. It always reaches a solve. There is no capacity score and nothing that can read as decline. It is a gentle, reassuring way to keep recall and reasoning working together.

Looking after your brain
Puzzles are one enjoyable way to stay curious and mentally active. The habits with the best evidence behind them are simple ones: good sleep, regular exercise, learning new things, staying socially connected, and looking after your heart. These games are for fun and mental exercise. They are not a treatment, a test, or a measure of your health.
